If you have time and want to secure your job as well as growth then only a textile engineering degree is not enough anymore. Try to get an MBA or get some world-class certification. The world we used to live in 2019 is going to be different onwards from now on. Invest first 5-6 years of your job life to learn and get experience. If I compare the productivity level of our workforce in Bangladesh to the western world, then we are actually getting about 40% productivity out of 100%. Sad but fact. We might spend a lot of time but productivity is less. We think we do a lot of hard work, but you have no idea how dedicated people in the western world are for their job, 8 hours means 8 hours of hard focused work, this is why these countries are well off, no other secret, nothing magical indeed. The western worlds think in digit, and bottom line, how much profit you can bring.

Those who want to move outside of the country in future, consider doing a job in MNCs, good brands, It is not money always matter rather learning from the organization at least first 5-10 years in career. Also, focus on software skills, it will help you tremendously. Some programming language will help you a lot. Even in Bangladesh, it will help you.
